After seeing so many gorgeous planners and the creative designs that other bloggers and posters were sharing, I felt the need to justify purchasing the Erin Condren Life Planner. While I've always enjoyed organization and keeping a school planner, I wasn't sure that I NEEDED a life planner. A little help from others definitely convinced me that I did. I made my way over to erincondren.com and quickly got to work on customizing my very own planner. I went with the "all your heart" personalized classic planner ($50 + $5 for the additional months) in a vertical layout. [It looked like it would be more conducive to my organizational pattern, but the horizontal looked equally amazing!]
I also decided to add a couple extras: A clip-in Meal Planner ($4.00) and 3 planner bands to hold my place ($7), bringing my total to $63.95 with a $10 off coupon I received from another planner. As stated in the e-mail, it was supposed to ship on July 9th, but to my surprise, it showed up at my door by July 3rd! I'm anxiously anticipating adding in all of my stickers and putting some markers to use, but for now, I'll just share my initial thoughts on this planner.

This is how my box looked when I opened it. I moved the included postcard and stickers just to display them. Everything was packaged so nicely and with bubble wrap to keep everything in place. I was probably too excited to come home to this little pink box on my door step.
This is everything that was included in my order: 3 Elastic Bands to be placeholders and also add a touch of decoration, a Clip-In Meal Planner for the week with a grocery list on the reverse side, and of course one Life Planner. [at this point, I would definitely say it is worth the hype just on the quality alone.]
The layout and included goodies were definitely well worth the wait. I find myself nervous to begin the planning because I fear I'll mess it up. I am sure I will be consulting Pinterest and #erincondrenlifeplanner for ideas and tips.
